  • STRONE POST OFFICE ROBBER SENTENCED
      Kirn man, James Johnston was sentenced today (Thursday) to more than three years imprisonment  at Dunoon Sheriff Court, after previously pleading guilty to the robbery of Strone Post Office on November 23, 2010.

    ARGYLL and Bute Council announced today (Tuesday) that the election of three councillors in council ward 7 (Dunoon) will be held on Thursday May 10, one week later than the rest of Scotland.
